Ball Creek Memorial Park

Ball Creek Park is now “Ball Creek Memorial Park”.  The park has officially been designated as a Memorial Park.  There is a site plan at the Village Office and people who would like to make donations to the memorial fund can contact the Village Office

(5 acres) is located on Ball Creek Road – ¼ mile east of Main Street. The park has a small ball field, playground equipment & pavilion with tables (in season) and portable restroom during the summer.      New to the park in 2008 – a 1/4 mile paved walking path around the park.  The village does not take reservations for the Ball Creek Park pavilion.

Spring/Summer Reminders:

What to do with yard waste is the number one question we get in the Spring and Summer. The Village will pick up some brush and grass clippings free of charge. The Yard Waste Policy is available on the website or by contacting the Village Office..

This service does not include trees that you have taken down or major trimming. The Village has a secured area where you can dump tree debris. Contact the DPW Manager at 616-293-0693 to make arrangements to drop off your debris.

Other issues: Before planting trees and bushes or installing sprinkler heads please make sure they are on your property and not in the Village right-of-way.
